Lamkin Elementary School achieved the Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase School designation on April 23 after being nominated for the award and presenting data that demonstrates successful implementation of the CKH process.

May 14, 2025—Lamkin Elementary School was named a Capturing Kids’ Hearts (CKH) National Showcase School for the 2024-25 school year.

CKH recognizes outstanding school administrators, teaching staff and faculty for producing exemplary outcomes and dedicated themselves to making a difference in the lives of children. The award highlights schools that have successfully adopted the CKH process, which focuses on building strong relationships and fostering a sense of belonging among students. These schools have demonstrated a robust implementation of the CKH process and achieved positive outcomes for students.
